PMC Commercial Limited have commenced works for the University of Edinburgh at their Main Library building. The project consists of the refurbishment of a meeting room and adjoining anteroom, culture laboratory, conservation studio and store. Works include strip out of redundant finishes, new plumbing and electrical works, new bespoke fitted furniture along with floor finishes and decoration. The building, which along with many of its internal features is Category “A” listed and will remain “live” 24 hours a day over the construction programme.
