St Leonard’s Land
The project at the University’s St Leonard’s Land sports facility involved the formation of new male, female and gender neutral changing and shower facilities as well as the creation of new gender-neutral toilets within the existing facility. The facility remained live during the construction phase and care had to be taken to safely segregate our works and to ensure that any disruption to the day-to-day operation of the facility was kept to a minimum.

New Arthur Place
PMC commercial Ltd handed over the project to create a new common room facility at the University’s student accommodation on New Arthur Place. The works consisted of the conversion of an existing flat into a high specification facility with break-out area, soft furnishing, accessible W.C and external hard land-scaping.
