Historic Environment Scotland have appointed PMC Commercial Ltd to undertake the refurbishment of their Elgin Depot.

PMC Commercial Ltd have been appointed as Main Contractor to build 37 New Build Houses for our client Harrison Hunt. Phase 1 of the project commenced at the end of October and will see us deliver the first 9 Houses by June 2023.

Works were completed ahead of programme with the building being handed back to the Client mid-November 2022.
