After the successful completion of Phase 1 of this project, which saw the external refurbishment and internal structural alteration of the former Maltings Building for Pure Malt Products we successfully negotiated Phase 2, which comprised of the fitting out of the newly constructed shell to form new Staff Welfare Facilities, new high quality Offices and new Laboratories. Internal offices were formed using aluminium framed glazed screens, a new feature staircase was installed as well as a new lift, formation of a new Main Reception and Driver Reception Areas.

All new services are exposed throughout the main areas and fixed to exposed metal decking. Large areas of existing brickwork to the external walls were repaired and repointed before carefully cleaning. The new floors received a polished insitu screed and this combined with the exposed services and brickwork produced high quality office accommodation with a modern, contemporary feel.
